Mobile problems

Work order 001 · Website repair
I find and fix the small website problems that cost you calls, trust, and work—without turning it into a giant rebuild you never asked for.
Paper trail by design. Every project starts and stays in email: clear scope, clear price, written record.
Practical website fixes
Small problems are still real problems when they stop a customer from reaching you.
Menus that fight back, buttons that disappear, forms that are miserable to use, and pages that fall apart on a phone.
Broken links, buried phone numbers, confusing estimate paths, and small dead ends that quietly cost you calls.
Outdated details, unclear services, weak first impressions, and website copy that does not sound like the person doing the work.
A contractor on your side of the screen
I’m Jake Richardson. I grew up building, started working as a mason’s tender as a kid, and have spent roughly 30 years in residential and light-commercial construction.
Websites and online marketing stayed elusive to me for years. I would try, get frustrated, and quit. Technology finally caught up with the speed of my brain, and I learned how to use it to solve the same problems for other working contractors and small businesses.
Fair. Honest. Focused on the outcome.
A repair job, not a sales funnel
Send the page, a screenshot, or a short description. I will inspect the pinch point, explain the practical fix, and quote the work. If the right answer is smaller than you expected, I will say so.

JTH Contracting is changing
Focused fixes for specific customer-facing problems, quoted to the work.
Bid-sheet review, estimating help, project pinch points, and hard-earned perspective for small contractors.
Blueprint questions, emergency problem-solving, and construction knowledge when you need another experienced set of eyes.
JTH remains open to bidding appropriate construction projects in the Columbia Basin and the Priest River, Newport, and Sandpoint area.
The line is simple
Website clients must provide any contractor license, registration, or professional information required in their jurisdiction. Clients remain responsible for operating lawfully and for the claims they publish.
JTH will not knowingly build or repair a site for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activity. If a project cannot be done cleanly, it does not get done.
Final scope, payment terms, access, approvals, and responsibilities are documented in the project agreement.
Have a website problem?
Email is best because it keeps the details straight. Include the website address, what is going wrong, and what you expected to happen.
